Accessibility Statement
LAST UPDATED: July 2026
1. Our Commitment
Wink Water LLC ("Wink Water," "we," or "us") is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including individuals with disabilities. We believe that every user should have equal access to our marketplace, wallet system, and research-grade products. We are continuously improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to achieve these goals.
2. Conformance Standards
We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.
Conformance with WCAG 2.2 AA is an ongoing process. While we aim for full conformance, certain third-party integrations (such as Stripe checkout) may not fully meet these standards. We work with our partners to encourage accessibility improvements.
3. Accessibility Features
Our Site incorporates the following accessibility features to support diverse user needs:
- Skip-to-content link for keyboard and screen reader users
- Semantic HTML with proper heading hierarchy (h1 through h3)
- ARIA labels and landmark roles for screen reader navigation
- Keyboard-navigable interface with visible focus indicators
- High-contrast dark theme with a minimum 8.4:1 text contrast ratio
- Scalable typography supporting up to 200% browser zoom
- Reduced motion support for users with vestibular sensitivities
- Form fields with associated labels and descriptive error messages
- Touch-optimized controls with minimum 44px tap targets on mobile
4. Keyboard Navigation
All pages, forms, navigation menus, modals, and interactive controls on the Site are fully operable without a mouse. Users can navigate using the Tab key to move between interactive elements, Shift+Tab to move backward, Enter or Space to activate buttons and links, and Escape to close modals and drawers. A visible focus ring indicates the current keyboard position at all times.
5. Visual Design & Contrast
The Site uses a dark, high-contrast color scheme specifically designed for readability. Primary text maintains a minimum contrast ratio of 8.4:1 against the background, exceeding WCAG 2.2 AA requirements (which require 4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large text). Interactive elements and UI components maintain a minimum contrast ratio of 3:1 against adjacent colors.
Color is never used as the sole means of conveying information. Status indicators, error states, and progress indicators include text labels or icons in addition to color coding.
6. Forms & Input
All form fields have associated <label> elements or ARIA label attributes that are programmatically associated with their inputs. Error messages are descriptive, identify the field in error, and are announced to screen readers via ARIA live regions. Required fields are indicated with both visual markers and programmatic attributes.
7. Assistive Technology Compatibility
The Site is designed to be compatible with major assistive technologies, including:
- Screen readers: NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver (macOS/iOS), TalkBack (Android)
- Screen magnifiers: ZoomText, browser-native zoom up to 200%
- Switch controls and alternative input devices
- Dictation software for voice-based navigation
8. Browser Compatibility
The Site is tested on the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge on desktop and mobile platforms. For the best experience, including full accessibility support, please use the latest version of your preferred browser. The Site is responsive and adapts to all screen sizes, from mobile phones to large desktop monitors.
9. Known Limitations
While we strive for full accessibility, we acknowledge the following known limitations:
- Third-party content (Stripe checkout, Google Analytics) may not fully conform to WCAG 2.2 AA.
- Some older archived pages may not meet current accessibility standards; we are actively remediating them.
- Keyboard focus order in complex modals (checkout, add funds) may not be optimal on all screen sizes.
If you encounter an accessibility barrier not listed here, please report it so we can address it promptly.
10. Testing & Auditing
We test accessibility through a combination of automated tools and manual review. Automated testing uses WAVE and axe DevTools to scan for WCAG violations. Manual testing includes keyboard-only navigation, screen reader verification, and zoom testing at 200%. We conduct accessibility reviews as part of our development process before deploying new features.
11. Reporting Issues
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on our Site, please contact us at help@clearlinegroupllc.com with the following information:
- A description of the accessibility issue
- The page URL where the issue occurred
- The browser and assistive technology you are using
- Any steps to reproduce the issue
We are committed to acknowledging accessibility reports within 2 business days and working to resolve them promptly.
12. Continuous Improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time achievement. We regularly audit the Site, monitor user feedback, and implement improvements based on evolving standards and best practices. Our development team receives accessibility training, and we prioritize accessibility in our design and engineering decisions.
